With great pleasure we inform that Redyk was awarded with Certificate of “Gold Standard in Customer Service”. “Gold Standard in Customer Service” is a project that aims at introducing innovations and promoting fair practices in hotels and gastronomy, by carring audit controls, consultacy and certificating places.
This certificate are proof for high standards in cumstomer services. 45 companies participated in the first edition of this program. The requirements for “Gold Standard in Customer Services” regarding the quality of customer services in specific areas of company’s business were met by only 23 companies from hotel business. Audit included evaluation of the company functions of: customer service, marketing operations, price politics ans promotions.
