The offer is not valid during Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter.

1. The voucher holder is obliged to contact the hotel in order to determine the date of its use.

3. The voucher expires after 12 months from the date of purchase.
4. The voucher must be used once.
5. Voucher realization takes place according to the rules applicable at the time of sale of the service, according to the prices and rules applicable at the time of booking.
6. The voucher cannot be exchanged in whole or in part for cash equivalent.
7. The voucher may be used by the purchaser or the person for whom the Voucher was purchased.
