Tatry may to offer a great nature, not touched by civilization, protected by the Tatry National Park and recognized as world natural heritage (Ramsar).

Nowhere in Poland there is no such place as Zakopane, where the morning you can go to the great mountain expedition, afternoon pick one of the many museums and evening walk on Krupówki street or watch an excellent piece of theatre at the Theatre of Witkacy.

In winter skiers are at the disposal of numerous lifts - from easy to demanding considerable skills and allow verification of its forms (for example, lift the Kasprowy Wierch).

In summer, you can choose one of the many mountain trails - walking or leading rock mountain.

You can enter the chair lift at Kasprowy Wierch, rail linowo territorial Mt Gubałówka or railway krzesełkową on Butorowy Peak.

You can take a bath in the Aquapark in Antałówka, where there are internal and external geothermal pools. Equally ideal conditions for swimming at the pool are in the Central Sports Center.

Near the Central Office of Sport are ski jumps: Wielka Krokiew, The Average jump and a Small jump, in which very often can see the ski-jump training, both winter and summer on a special surface called "igielit".

In Zakopane there are also a lot of churches, among them the note is the old wooden church on Koscieliska Street built in 1847, and located next to the old cemetery, called the cemetery on merit on Pęksowym Brzyzku. There are the graves of Fr. Stolarczyk, Wladyslaw Orkan, Titus Chałubiński, Sabała, Witkiewicz, Makuszyński and others.

Zakopane for over 100 years does a great career site of a unique atmosphere. There where and are coming here artists and politicians, people of culture and science to get a good health, beautiful views, physical effort, and never ending fashion of Zakopane.
