The rules for the reservation and cancellation of special offers

The residence during the Packets is being charged of 30% of the total value of residence as advanced payment. Advanced payment should be paid within 3 days from the date of confirmation by the hotel reservation. Advanced payment is not returnable.

In case of cancelation of reservation for less the 3 days before the day of arrival or no show the hotel reserve the right to charge the guest of the total cost of stay.
