After receiving confirmation of hotel bookings the advanced payment needs to be paid in the amount of the value of the first accommodation for each room reserved, including additional people in the room.
Advanced payment should be paid to 3 days from the date of confirmation by the hotel reservation.
Advanced payment may be paid by bank transfer, money order or credit card information retrieved from the guest.

Without cost cancellations may occur in a period of not less than 3 days prior to arrival. After that date advanced payment will not be returned.

The rules for the reservation and cancellation of special offers

The residence during the Christmas or New Year's Eve season is being charged of 30% of the total value of residence as advanced payment. Advanced payment should be paid within 7 days from the date of confirmation by the hotel reservation. Advanced payment is not returnable.
